Alicante Airport is a approximately 55 minutes  drive and Covera Airport is 50 mins transfer time . There are no  holiday companies that operate in this area . There is a mix of nationalties , and both holiday and residential lettings in the village , there is regular local entertainment which promotes an good atmosphere all year round .

There is also a number of beaches including the mud baths of the mar menor people travel from all over the world to bathe naturally .

There is a local bus that will take you to Pilar and the beach , however should you wish to explore the area car hire is a must
